What exactly is coaching?
Coaching encourages you to move positively towards achieving your goals by focusing your energy and your potential on positive solutions.
How does it work?
At the beginning of the coaching process you and your coach analyse where you are now and what you want to achieve. Together you work through each step necessary to reach your goals. There is room to develop new ideas and create an action plan which offers solutions that are right for you. You receive ongoing email and telephone support in between sessions. Coaching is non-judgemental and completely confidential. You and your coach meet in regular sessions over a period of three to twelve months depending on your specific requirements. Coaching can be face-to-face, by phone or email.
