The Process
1 Phase 1 (Sessions 1-3)
Identifying achievable, specific, systematic and measurable outcomes.
2 Phase 2 (Sessions 4-6)
Analysing your learning styles and behaviours and identifying any supporting and limiting beliefs.
2 Phase 3 (Sessions 7-10)
Reducing limiting beliefs and thinking which might hinder work performance. Replacing these beliefs with positive, performance-enhancing thinking and behaviours to achieve better results.
4 Phase 4 (Sessions 10-13)
Developing and applying your new strategy to achieve your goals more effectively. Implementing new methods to improve work performance.


Individuals are encouraged to engage in exercises in between coaching sessions to help implement newly learned strategies and to prepare for the next session.

The frequency and number of sessions is flexible and designed to your individual needs and requirements. The above process is a guideline only.
